Planwise65 is an AI-enabled Medicare technology platform owned and operated by GETLYFE LLC. It provides guided Medicare plan discovery and access to licensed insurance agents. Planwise65 is not an insurance carrier or brokerage and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Your decision
You retain control over coverage decisions. Search results and guided plan views require verification before enrollment and do not guarantee coverage, cost, provider participation, eligibility, or plan suitability.
Licensed agent assistance
Connections with licensed insurance agents occur only after consent. Agents available through the platform can answer Medicare questions, discuss available plans, provide insurance advice, and assist with applications or enrollment. Those regulated insurance services are provided by the licensed agent, not by Planwise65.
Professional membership
Independent licensed professionals may pay Planwise65 for platform access, profile visibility, and eligibility for consumer introductions. Planwise65 does not receive or share enrollment commissions resulting from a connection.
Advisor validation deadline
Advisor membership and selected add-on fees are collected before validation. Advisors have 7 days after payment confirmation to submit required validation information. If validation information is not submitted by the deadline, all membership and add-on fees are forfeited and non-refundable.
